Custom industrial viewers and transparent inserts
Rectangular, square, round or oval viewers; special geometries; fixing points; parts for existing recesses or new machines. Inserts for housings, covers, enclosures and automated assemblies.
Materials
PC: impact resistance and serviceability — see solid polycarbonate. PMMA: high optical clarity, lower impact resistance than PC. Choice depends on temperature, chemicals, loads, cleaning and fixing method. Pressure/vacuum or high-risk uses need extra technical review.
From drawings; one-offs and short runs
DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF and sketches. Cutting, drilling, milling and finishing as required. Single parts, prototypes, short OEM runs and repeat supply.
Safety
If a window also acts as a safety guard, material, design and standards must be verified. We manufacture to agreed specifications; system conformity is application-specific.

General recommendations for the technical brief
If possible, keep parts in one drawing or vector file. Put material (thickness, colour) and quantity next to each item on the drawing — not only in the file name, email body or comments.
Hand sketches must include:
- Units (mm, cm, m);
- Part dimensions;
- Hole diameters or radii;
- Distance from the part edge to the hole axis;
- Write clearly for the workshop.
Vector files (.cdr for CorelDraw X5, .dxf, .ai, .pdf…):
- All parts at scale 1:1;
- Do not show dimensions on the drawing;
- No double lines;
- All contours must be closed, without gaps.
