Windows, windshields and custom parts for boats

We manufacture custom boat windows, windshields and transparent marine parts in acrylic (PMMA) and solid polycarbonate. From drawings, templates or OEM parts: CNC/laser cutting, machining, bending and finishing ready for fit-out.

We work from:

  • drawings or vector files (DXF, DWG, AI, PDF);
  • physical templates or removed parts;
  • measurements and sketches with critical dimensions;
  • replacement of damaged original glass or plastic.

Request a quote with photos, sizes or files — we reply with material, thickness, price and lead time.

Marine windshields

Custom windshields for powerboats, yachts, fishing boats and leisure craft. Contours, radii and fixing points match your helm, cabin or T-top.

We make:

  • flat or folded forward windshields;
  • side and aft screens;
  • flybridge shields and console guards;
  • replacements compatible with existing hardware.

Marine windows in PMMA and polycarbonate

Acrylic (PMMA): high optical clarity and clean edges — ideal for cabin windows, ports and viewing panels.

Solid polycarbonate: higher impact resistance for exposed areas subject to knocks or vibration. UV-protected grades available when required.

Curved and formed parts

Heat bending and forming to the required radius, angle and thickness — for folded windshields, arched sides and parts that follow hull or frame geometry.

OEM replacements

If the original glazing is cracked, yellowed or missing, we remake it from the old part or a template, keeping holes, overlaps and tolerances compatible with existing fittings where feasible.

Holes and machining

Drilling, countersinking, slots, pockets and complex contours for fasteners, hinges, seals and closures. CNC machining keeps critical dimensions consistent on short runs.

Marine furniture and fittings

Beyond glazing: covers, shelves, protectors, small tables, instrument panels and interior marine components in acrylic or polycarbonate from drawings.

Who we supply

  • shipyards and refit yards;
  • maintenance and marine carpentry workshops;
  • private owners;
  • naval designers and engineers;
  • charter companies and fleets.

From drawing or template

We accept technical drawings, CAD/CAM files and physical templates. Without a file, send the original part or a cardboard/plywood template — we digitise the outline and confirm dimensions before production.

What we need for a quote

  1. Part type (window, windshield, side screen, cover, etc.).
  2. Preferred material (PMMA or polycarbonate) or intended use.
  3. Desired thickness or that of the original.
  4. Dimensions / drawing / template / scaled photos.
  5. Quantity (one-off or series).
  6. Holes, radii, folds or special operations.
  7. Required lead time and delivery location.
  8. Contact details.

Single parts or series

From one piece (urgent replacement or prototype) to small and medium series for fleets or workshop stock. Unit price improves when the same drawing is repeated.

Why custom

  • Exact fit for non-standard openings.
  • Material and thickness chosen for impact, weight and clarity.
  • Compatibility with existing hardware and seals.
  • Often faster than generic catalogue parts.
  • Option to improve on the original (UV, thickness, geometry).

Request a quote with no obligation: attach a drawing, template or photos, or contact us via the contact page. We confirm material, price and lead time.

FAQ

Acrylic or polycarbonate for a marine window?

PMMA offers better optical clarity; polycarbonate higher impact strength. Choice depends on location, exposure and preference.

Can you copy my broken windshield?

Yes. From the original, a template or accurate measurements we remake it, keeping holes and outline where possible.

Which thicknesses do you work with?

Typically from a few millimetres up to technical panel thicknesses depending on material and geometry; thickness is confirmed in the quote.

Do you make curved parts?

Yes — heat bending and linear folds according to radius, angle and material thickness.

Do you ship across Spain?

Yes. We pack for size and fragility and ship to mainland Spain, the islands and the wider EU as required.

How long does an order take?

It depends on material, complexity and workshop load. Lead time is confirmed with your personalised quote.

General recommendations for the technical brief

Do not put each part in a separate file if you can keep them in one drawing or vector file. Material (thickness, colour) and quantity are best written on the drawing next to the part — not only in the file name, email body or comments.

Hand sketches must include:
  1. Units (mm, cm, m);
  2. Part dimensions;
  3. Hole diameters or radii;
  4. Distance from the part edge to the hole axis;
  5. Write as clearly as possible.
Vector files (.cdr for CorelDraw X5, .dxf, .ai, .pdf…):
  1. All parts at scale 1:1;
  2. Do not show dimensions on the drawing;
  3. No double lines;
  4. All contours must be closed, without gaps.
If you need bending, countersinks, slots or other machining, specify it in the technical brief.
