Placing an order

Standard panels

Simple rectangular panels (acrylic, polystyrene, monolithic polycarbonate, plywood, etc.) without holes or complex contours can be ordered through our Catalog — add items to the cart and proceed to checkout once your configuration is confirmed.

Complex and custom parts

For panels with holes, rounding, irregular shapes, or fully bespoke products, send a quotation request to elamplex@gmail.com. Attach sketches or CAD files so we can calculate price and lead time. Our team will contact you by email or phone to confirm details.

After your quote is confirmed

  • Private customers — pay online through the website cart and checkout.
  • Legal entities (companies) — bank transfer: send your billing details to elamplex@gmail.com and we will issue an invoice.

Orders are prepared and shipped from our facility in Spain.

Spain and Europe

We deliver across Spain and to European countries. Delivery cost depends on weight, volume, and destination.

For bulk material shipments within Europe (indicative thresholds):

  • Monolithic polycarbonate — free delivery to European countries from approximately 20 tonnes; orders around 10 tonnes may cost €500–€1,000 depending on the country.
  • Cellular polycarbonate — free delivery from approximately 80 m³; volumes around 32 m³ may cost €500–€1,000 depending on the country.

Smaller weight or volume is calculated individually upon request.

Delivery times

Products in stock are normally delivered within the lead time stated in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made within 7–10 working days after we confirm your order in writing by email.

You will receive a delivery notification by email and, if a mobile number was provided, by phone or SMS. Parcels generally require personal receipt with valid ID and your order number.

If a parcel is not collected within the specified period, additional fees may apply (up to €50 according to our terms).

Delivery time depends on the production time, order size, destination, and courier service. After your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe.

Can large sheets be delivered?

Yes. Large sheets can be delivered, but transport options may depend on the dimensions and destination. For oversized orders, we will confirm the best delivery solution individually.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and damaged items immediately, keep the packaging, and contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

Can I collect my order myself?

Depending on the order and location, self-pickup may be possible. Contact us before placing your order to confirm available pickup options.
