2D CNC machining, cutting, drilling, countersinking, grooving and heat bending of solid polycarbonate, acrylic, PETG, PVC, POM, MDF and plywood. We make parts from drawings — from prototypes and single pieces to B2B series — with shipping throughout Spain.
Machining capacity
- Machining accuracy: up to ±0.1 mm depending on material, thickness, geometry and machining conditions.
- Material thickness: from 0.5 mm; the maximum depends on the material and operation.
- Order volume: from 1 piece to industrial B2B series.
What we can make
We manufacture technical parts and custom components from the customer’s drawings and vector files. The process can include CNC cutting, milling, drilling, countersinking, grooving, bevelling and, where required, heat bending.
Materials
| Material | Key advantages | Applications |
|---|---|---|
| Solid polycarbonate | High impact resistance, good weatherability and excellent mechanical performance. | Machine guards, marine windows and glazing, cabins and technical parts. |
| Acrylic (PMMA) | High transparency, good surface finish and quality machined edges. | Displays, showcases, guards and interior elements. |
| PETG / PET | Toughness, easy machining and good suitability for later forming. | Templates, prototypes, price-tag holders and protective screens. |
| Rigid PVC | Good resistance to certain chemicals and easy machining. | Industrial parts, covers, guards and technical components. |
| POM (acetal) | Low friction, good dimensional stability and wear resistance. | Guides, supports, bushings and mechanical parts. |
| MDF | Homogeneous structure and easy machining. | Prototypes, stands, decorative panels and exhibition elements. |
| Plywood | Good stiffness, strength and a natural finish. | Structures, templates, industrial packaging and interlocking parts. |
1. 2D CNC milling and cutting of solid polycarbonate
Precision cutting by CNC milling. Machining produces straight and complex geometries with a clean finish, keeping heat and stress low when the right parameters are used.
- Straight and shaped 2D cutting
- Drilling
- Countersinking for screws
- Grooving
- 30° and 45° bevelling where geometry and thickness allow
- Parts from drawings
2. Heat bending of solid polycarbonate
We carry out linear bending with a hot wire according to the required thickness, geometry, radius and angle. The process follows the tolerances on the drawing and the material’s characteristics.
- Protective housings for machinery
- L and U profiles
- Technical boxes and covers
- Transparent guards
- Custom marine windows and parts
3. CNC milling of acrylic (PMMA)
Machining with tools suited to PMMA for clean edges and lower heat build-up. The finish can be prepared for later bonding, assembly or polishing, depending on the project.
4. CNC milling of PETG / PET
Machining of thin sheets with suitable holding to prevent movement during cutting. Ideal for templates, prototypes, screens and parts that will later be bent or formed.
5. CNC milling of MDF
Cutting and machining with suitable tools for clean edges. We can mill pockets, overlaps and grooves for stands, prototypes, panels and decorative elements.
6. CNC milling of plywood
Machining of birch, phenolic or other plywood types according to availability. Joints and interlocking parts with tolerances adapted to the project.
Applications and custom parts
- Transparent guards for machinery and CNC equipment.
- Windows, windscreens and other marine glazing.
- Technical housings and covers.
- Manufacturing templates and jigs.
- Prototype parts and small series.
- Displays and interior elements.
- Panels, structures and exhibition / stand elements.
- Interlocking MDF and plywood parts.
Solid polycarbonate for marine use
We make custom marine parts and glazing by CNC cutting and machining of solid polycarbonate. Depending on the project, we can produce windows, boat windscreens, protective screens, lids, replacement parts and other components from drawings.

From drawing to finished part
- Send your file. DXF, DWG, AI, CDR, EPS or vector PDF.
- We review the design. We check geometry, material, thickness and manufacturing requirements.
- We confirm the quote. We define price, quantity, tolerances and lead time.
- Machining. We manufacture the part on CNC and carry out any extra operations needed.
- Inspection. We check critical dimensions against the drawing when required.
- Packing and shipping. We protect the parts and ship them to a factory, workshop, warehouse or site.
Tolerances and quality control
Tolerances depend on material, thickness, geometry, part size and machining conditions. When the project requires it, we work to the dimensions and tolerances on the drawing and verify critical dimensions before shipping.
How we calculate the price
The price of a CNC part is based on material, thickness, dimensions, cutting length and complexity, number of holes and extra operations, quantity, file preparation, machining time and delivery destination.
- Material and thickness
- Dimensions and geometry
- Cutting length and number of operations
- Holes, grooves, countersinks and bevels
- Quantity
- File preparation or adaptation
- Packing and transport
For an exact price, send us the drawing and the quantity you need.
Request a quote
To prepare a quote we need, whenever possible: the manufacturing file, material, thickness, quantity, dimensions, desired lead time and delivery address. You receive a custom quote based on the project.
Drawing and file requirements
- Accepted formats: DXF, DWG, CDR, EPS, AI and vector PDF.
- Scale: 1:1, with dimensions in millimetres (mm).
- Outlines: closed vectors, without overlapping lines or duplicate points.
- Fonts: all text converted to curves / outlines.
- Clearly state material, thickness, tolerances and any special operations.
Shipping across Spain
We ship finished parts to factories, workshops, warehouses and sites throughout Spain. Packing is adapted to size, quantity and fragility, with extra protection when needed.
Available among others in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza, Málaga, Murcia, Alicante, Tenerife, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Adeje, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and other locations.
General recommendations for the technical brief
Do not put each part in a separate file if you can keep them in one drawing or vector file. Material (thickness, colour) and quantity are best written on the drawing next to the part — not only in the file name, email body or comments.
- Units (mm, cm, m);
- Part dimensions;
- Hole diameters or radii;
- Distance from the part edge to the hole axis;
- Write as clearly as possible.
- All parts at scale 1:1;
- Do not show dimensions on the drawing;
- No double lines;
- All contours must be closed, without gaps.
